POSITION PURPOSE
  • To provide general administrative support to the Family Health Support Services Department
  • To ensure quality outcomes for clients with a focus on duty of care, ethical standards, timeliness and efficiency
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
Administration Support
  • Perform a range of administration tasks, rostering bookings and customer service for various teams within the Family Health Support Services Department
  • Arrange and minute meetings
  • Maintain accurate records in accordance with relevant legislation and submit data and reports within acceptable timeframes
  • Perform other administrative duties and provide administrative support as required
  • Assist in:
    1. the development of effective administration systems and processes
    2. project work, service trials or pilot programs
  • Preparation of letters and documentation, ensuring confidentially on all matters
  • Set up/set down of meeting rooms
 
Customer Service
  • Respond to enquiries from the public in a timely manner and provide accurate information on Family Health Support Services
  • Ensure the provision of high quality customer service and develop and maintain strong and positive relationships with all internal and external customers and clients
 
KEY SELECTION CRITERIA
Mandatory/Essential:
  • Demonstrated interest in business administration and undertaking a traineeship
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft applications (ie. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and in the formatting and layout of documents
  • Demonstrated skills in managing time, setting priorities and planning and organising one’s own work.
  • Sound verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to maintain professionalism, integrity and confidentiality at all times
