Business Support and Change/Implementation Analyst Key Activities:

The mission of the Email Upgrade Project is to upgrade to the existing ANZ email platform to the Cloud/Exchange 2016. The project forms part of the Employee Experience Technology Domain at ANZ. In your day to day activities supporting the Business Analyst and Change Manager you will gain key insights into one of the key technology functions at ANZ.  Being part of a multi-disciplinary team, you will experience how one of the biggest programs in technology is being run and managed. 
Key activities include
  • Analysing and supporting the management of a shared mailbox used for communication
  • Collating data from questionnaires
  • Analysing trends of data in Excel
  • Following up customer outcomes in the shared mailbox
  • Supporting the Business Analyst and gaining insights into key business analysis tasks
Change management and communication
  • Organising meetings, briefing sessions, video conferences as required
  • Sending promotional material
  • Reviewing communication and learning material for input
  • Sending follow up emails to stakeholders form the shared mailbox
  • Supporting the change manager and getting exposure to key change management activities
  • Supporting the creation and management of training schedules 
  • Supporting the migration planning to deploy the new platform
